Industrial Lint Free Foam Swab Polyester Cleanroom Swab

Cleanroom Swab is constructed from double-layer polyester cloth that is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amides or
phthalate esters.
The cloth is thermally bonded to the handle, thus, eliminating the use of contaminating adhesive or coatings.
Laundered and packed under an ISO Class 4 Cleanroom, the foam exhibits low particulate and ionic content.
The fiber head is designed for cleaning small, slotted and recessed areas.
The excellent cleaning is controlled and supported flexible Paddle.
The swab handle is ESD-safe and is made from polypropylene.

Description:
1	It consists of 100% continuous filament knitted polyester laundered in Class 100-1000 cleanrooms. These swabs are especially low in chemical extractables and particle counts.
2	It is thermally-bonded onto the handle, sealing exposed edges for reduced fiber release and eliminating the need for adhesives.
3	The swabs are compatible with acetone and excellent chemical resistance.
Mainly we produce 2 types of different head materials of cleanroom swab:
1	Foam Head Cleanroom Swabs . Foam head is constructed from compressed ,100 ppi(Z) open-cell polyurethane foam that is free from organic contaminants such as silicone ,amide or DOP .
2	Polyester Head Cleanroom Swabs . Polyester head is constructed from compressed polyester head and polypropylene handle .
Features:
1	Thermal bonded, no chemical or glue contamination;
2	Widely recommended for surface sampling and cleaning validation work;
3	Low IC and volatile residue, using with harsh solvents (such as IPA);
4	An ideal choice for controlled cleaning and sampling of large areas.;
5	No silicone oil, Amide and DOP;
6	The long, rigid handle and large internal head paddle provide firm support.
