1. Dust generation capacity of dust-free cloth, including dust particle release capacity (APC) in air and dust particle release capacity (LPC) in liquid. Many people think that shaking and chip dropping is an intolerable problem of dust-free cloth. In fact, it is not. On the contrary, shaking and chip dropping is a physical property of the wiping material of dust-free cloth itself, only how much chip is dropped.

2. Ion precipitation of dust-free cloth: mainly check metal ions and non-metal ions with high activity. If there is precision metal material on the surface you wipe, it is recommended that ion precipitation be an important inspection item, because active ions can easily destroy the surface of precision metal through battery reaction.

3. The nonvolatile content (NVR) of the dust-free cloth in the solvent is usually evaluated by the solvent used. The amount of residue is usually tested with precision weighing equipment. However, the user can also determine whether the residue of the dust-free cloth is within the required range by trying to wipe it for fogging (special attention: the strength of the inspection lamp will have a great impact on the test results.
